چکیده
Thegoal. Silicon carbide is one of the most essential artificial inorganic materials widely used to produce abrasive instruments, high-temperature heaters, fireclay ceramics, and metallurgy. The amount silicon produces in resistance furnaces. One issues production process lack supervisory thermal state furnace working space, which does not always allow for select rational electrical modes accordingly get material appropriate quality. methods solve this issue computer modeling furnace. Therefore, goal research development a model reaction zone furnace, that further allows technological recommendations concerning conducting obtaining carbide. In addition, mathematical dynamics opens up new opportunities improving existing automated control systems, very important from point view implementation Industry 4.0 paradigm at enterprises mining metallurgical complex Ukraine. Methodology. thermophysical was developed. By finite difference method, are computed. Resultsandscientificnovelty. Zones existence products carbothermic reduction silica due heat generated when an electric current passed through core sized by results modeling, temperature front progress reductive reactions detected. Practical value. developed evaluating influence supplied power on size zones, analytical dependences changes zone, thereafter developing performance improvements system. structure based Siemens technology proposed.

Atomistic processes during nanoindentation of amorphous silicon carbide
Atomistic mechanisms of nanoindentation of a-SiC have been studied by molecular dynamics simulations. The load displacement curve exhibits a series of load drops, reflecting the short-range topological order similar to crystalline 3C–SiC. In contrast to 3C–SiC, the load drops are irregularly spaced and less pronounced. The damage is spatially more extended than in 3C–SiC, and it exhibits long-r...
متن کاملthe effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation
in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.
Thermal Processing of Injection-Molded Silicon Carbide
Silicon carbide is the most important and versatile non-oxide ceramic. Powder injection molding (PIM) is a method of high-speed fabrication of complex near-net shapes of SiC and other powders. Green micro-machining (GMM) is used to extend the shaping capability of green ceramics and powder metallurgy to smaller feature sizes. Debinding—removal of organic additives—is the rate-limiting step in P...
